We are one of the fastest growing commercial real estate teams in Southern California and we are seeking a young, dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be able to learn the ins-and-outs of the business and have the opportunity to become an integral part of the companys continued growth. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Real Estate as this opportunity offers the chance for career advancement under experienced mentors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Manage marketing activities including, but not limited to, online syndication, email, and direct mail campaigns

-Prepare proposals, flyers, postcards, and presentation packages by utilizing Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop

-Work to increase market exposure of property listings and our company as a whole

-Manage social media accounts and company website

-Compile photos of properties to use for marketing packages, online syndication, etc.

-Respond to inquiries from clients and potential clients via phone and email with a high degree of professionalism

-Assist in daily administrative work such as data entry, word processing, creating spreadsheets, organizing office procedures, etc.

-Coordinate with clients, inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, title insurance officers, transaction coordinators, and other real estate agents during each transaction

The Ideal Candidate:

-Graphic design experience: Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop), HTML verse is a big plus

- Have positive attitude and willingness to learn

-Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or a related major

-Tech savvy with strong computer skills

-Ability to learn new programs quickly

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

-Ability to take initiative if and when issues arise

-Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work with a positive attitude!

-Must be coachable and willing to learn about the industry

-Ability to manage time and work efficiently

-Detail-oriented and able to work independently

-Excellent written and verbal skills

-Local resident preferred

*Real Estate experience and/or salesperson license is not required
