Marketing Assistant — Content, Community & Brand Partnerships Overview ASTR the Label is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-moving marketing team across content production, social community management, and brand and creator partnerships. This is a hands-on, generalist role — one day you might be managing assets on a photoshoot, the next you're coordinating an influencer gifting send or tracking a campaign's performance. It's a great fit for someone with fashion retail experience, a sharp eye for brand aesthetic, and genuine enthusiasm for influencer marketing and community building who is excited to grow with a company on the rise. Key Responsibilities : Content Production & Asset Management Assist with e-commerce and lifestyle photoshoots, supporting photo management on set and post-production organization Review and categorize images from photo shoots for use across web, email, and social Organize and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring files are properly named, tagged, stored, and easily accessible to the team Social & Community Management Manage day-to-day engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other brand social channels (comments, DMs, mentions) Monitor community sentiment and flag trends or issues to the marketing lead Track and report on social performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, top-performing content) Influencer, Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Research and identify influencers and creators whose audience and aesthetic align with the brand Coordinate influencer and creator gifting — building send lists, tracking product shipments, and following up on content Place and track influencer orders and coordinate replacements with vendors and suppliers Keep influencer campaigns up to date and properly tagged; monitor influencer program applications Assist in managing the ShopMy platform, including storefront updates, affiliate campaign coordination, and creator activity monitoring Identify and vet affiliate partners, and monitor for shared codes or activity that violate program terms Monitor ShopMy and LTK chat and requests Press, Events & Campaigns Help coordinate editor requests and gifting opportunities; monitor the press inbox and route requests to the right team members Assist in planning and executing brand events, pop-ups, and experiential activations Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives, including production of campaign assets and promotional materials Track project timelines and communicate with internal teams and vendors to help ensure deadlines are met Reporting & Documentation Monitor campaign performance by collecting data on engagement, website traffic, and sales, and assist in preparing marketing reports Maintain organized documentation for marketing projects and campaigns Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content production, or project coordination, ideally in fashion retail; agency or brand-side experience welcome Passion for brand storytelling and influencer marketing, with knowledge of and interest in brand marketing strategies and consumer trends Proficiency in Photoshop/Lightroom or similar batch editing tools Strong eye for visual consistency and brand aesthetic Familiarity with social platform best practices and scheduling tools Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Proactive, eager, and willing to learn; able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred Occasional local travel required; must have reliable transportation Nice to Have Experience with influencer or gifting platforms (ShopMy, LTK, etc.) Experience with project management tools; Monday.com experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
