Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and grow our online presence. Responsibilities Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to subscribers and targeted audiences Collaborate with the editorial team to promote articles, features, and special issues Analyze website analytics and social media metrics to track engagement and campaign performance Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity Assist in creating marketing materials, such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional graphics Support the marketing team in brainstorming and executing innovative marketing ideas Requirements 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field Strong knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) Nice to Have Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello) What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing online magazine Collaborative and supportive team environment Professional development and growth opportunities Benefits Dental Insurance Health insurance Paid time off Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
