Highlights of what our Operations Administrator will do:
- Prepare and follow-up on proposals for additional/extra work
- Manage and maintain Extra Work/Change Order logs to ensure that each is submitted and billed appropriately and timely.
- Manage and maintain monthly billing submittals to accounting and corresponding logs.
- Coordinate close out documentation to turn over projects to clients.
- Run all weekly and monthly operations reports.
- Regular meetings with area managers for dept needs and schedules.
- Maintain monthly projections and forecasts.
- Facilitate flow of information between all parties, including clients, vendors, subcontractors, other departments and field personnel.
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Must be computer and tech savvy with experience in Microsoft Office
- Payroll and Sage/Timberline experience is highly preferred
- Must be detailed-oriented and highly organized
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a very fast-paced environment.
