Experienced Per Diem CHHAs – Alameda and Contra Costa Counties Salary Range: $46,800.00 to $78,300.00 annually Service Areas: Pleasanton Dublin Livermore ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is a locally owned and operated agency proudly serving Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara Counties, with field offices located in Orinda and San Jose. We are dedicated to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking experienced California‑certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our per diem team. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident working independently in the field and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
