Job Description Kitchen & Bar is searching for an experienced and driven Shift Lead to oversee all aspects of daily operations. In this roleyou will act as a vital point of contact between staff and upper management, driving team performance and promoting a positive workplace culture. Your leadership and passion for hospitality will be key in maintaining our commitment to quality service and honoring our unique culinary heritage. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company standards of service and quality. Manage and lead all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑the house staff, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and assist with ordering supplies. Drive guest satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every patron has a memorable experience. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with upper management to establish goals and review budgets and analytics and suggest improvement. Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled employees, be aware of unforeseen challenges like scheduling conflicts and see to it the business is adequately staffed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or retail industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficiency in basic computer applications and point‑of‑sale systems. Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
