Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician Job Description: Primary Care/Sports Medicine Physician Location: Campbell, CA About PTR Sports PTR Sports is a well-established, patient-centeredprimary care practice in Campbell, California. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families. We focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and comprehensive wellness to ensure our patients achieve their best health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. The main focus of this role is primary care with the option to offer some sports medicine services, including joint injections, PRP, shockwave therapy, and more. Primary focus on patients generally ages 10 and older. Provide general women's health services (if comfortable). Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and maintain a strong collaborative spirit. No evenings and no weekends. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Family Medicine. This practice is not a good fit for the physician looking to do 100% sports medicine, as we have longstanding primary care relationships we are looking to maintain and grow. Active California medical license or ability to obtain one. Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach. Interest in Sports Medicine is a plus (Fellowship not required). 2026 resident graduates are encouraged to apply!
