I’ve spent over 33 years with State Farm, bringing a deep understanding of the business and a strong commitment to serving our customers. I’m a graduate of Queens College and a proud wife and parent. I stay active in the community by volunteering at a local animal shelter and participating in organizations like the Chamber of Commerce and Lions Club. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
