Operations Manager
Treasure Island Resort & Casino
Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day resort and casino operations, ensuring smooth service across gaming, hotel, and food & beverage outlets. You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, and floor execution, drive guest-first service standards, monitor performance metrics, and support departmental leaders in meeting revenue and cost goals. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to solve issues in real time, uphold safety and compliance, and coach team members. This role thrives in a fast-paced, on-site environment rooted in tribal values, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
