Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing long-term reliability solutions. Manage the execution of preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifecycle of critical industrial assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install and commission new production machinery, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows. Maintain rigorous documentation of all repairs and service activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Respond rapidly to emergency maintenance needs, minimizing disruptions to the manufacturing process. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification is highly valued. Demonstrated success in industrial maintenance, specifically within manufacturing or production settings. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and complex equipment manuals. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex mechanical and electrical problems. Preferred Skills Technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical trades. Direct experience with PLC troubleshooting, automation systems, and industrial robotics.
