THIS ROLE:

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate (Independent) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Brownsville, TX at Valley Regional Medical Center. 2-3 years minimum experience required Lots of OB! Extra Shift Pay & Extra Call Pay Available!

CASES INCLUDE:

CRNAs will do all of their own cases, including Ortho, Neuro, minimal OB (if any), GYN, Endo, Major Vascular, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Urology and General We Offer: Base Salary $325,000 Base + $67,000 Call Stipend + $8,000 Quality Incentive = $400,000 Incentives, Stipends & $90K Sign on Bonus Autonomous CRNA Team Generous PTO - 10 Weeks Full Time, W2 Flexible Scheduling Health, Dental, Vision Short term disability Company paid long term disability Company paid life insurance and AD&D insurance 401K plan with company match Pet Insurance Malpractice CEU Funds Learning and development programs Mentorship
