The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for core administrative tasks with marketing support, focusing on organizing schedules, managing communications, handling documents and supporting the SVP, Legal Affairs & Compliance. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to work in our corporate office located in Bradenton FL 2-3 days a week and required to go in as needed for shipping merchandise / conference set up. Provide administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining organized files. Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns by updating website and social media content, creating promotional materials, and tracking campaign timelines. Support the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring accounts, responding to messages, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. Coordinate marketing events, conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics, materials, and on-site support as needed. Compile and maintain marketing data, update CRM databases, prepare reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide basic analysis of campaign performance and website engagement. Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors, suppliers, and business partners to ensure projects and marketing initiatives are completed efficiently. Assist with ordering and shipping promotional materials, conference supplies, and company merchandise as needed. Support the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs & Compliance, with administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives and special projects. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and communications. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Sanderson Firm leadership. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media platforms, CRM software, and marketing tools such as Canva and Google Analytics preferred. Ability to work remotely in a productive, professional, and efficient manner while maintaining a dedicated home workspace. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively by conveying information clearly, actively listening, and asking thoughtful questions when clarification is needed. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to respond positively to changing priorities, delays, and unexpected situations. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while taking initiative and following through on assignments. Dependable with a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and punctuality.
