Role Description This full-time Medical Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area, with a blend of in-person client visits and work-from-home responsibilities. The Medical Sales Representative will actively identify and engage healthcare providers, present NHMS biologic and wound care solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account support. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demonstrations, building strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, training, and follow-up. The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to marketing and product teams to support continuous improvement. Travel within the San Diego area and occasional regional events or conferences will be part of the role. Qualifications Strong Medical Sales experience, including prospecting, consultative selling, and account management in healthcare or related sectors. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly and build long-term professional relationships. Foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand biologics, wound care products, and clinical workflows. Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate sales documentation and CRM records. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to territory growth. Comfort with using digital tools for remote meetings, presentations, and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent professional experience.
