Energy Panel Structures Inc. is seeking a Residential Estimator to support energy‑efficient building projects using structural insulated panels. In this role, you will review residential drawings and specifications, perform detailed material takeoffs, and prepare accurate cost estimates for SIPs, roof and wall systems, and complete building packages. You will collaborate closely with dealers, builders, engineering, and manufacturing teams to clarify project requirements, optimize designs for cost and performance, and revise quotes as plans evolve. The Estimator helps ensure bids are timely, competitive, and aligned with EPS’s standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
