Starting Pay: $21-23/hr

Location: Warren OH

6 month contract and then direct hire

POSITION SUMMAR Y: Responsible for coordinating and sampling inbound and outbound, ensuring that all inbound materials are in accordance with facility, state and federal regulations and are properly routed for disposa

l.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITI

ES:Arranges and tracks shipments received at facility to be transported to another disposal locati
on.Maintains accurate and updated inventory of all waste and reagents stored on si
te.Creates load composition for outbound shipments to a Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSD
F).Generates shipping paperwo
rk.Coordinates shipping schedules with outbound transporters and TSDF
's.Identifies and takes a role in resolving waste discrepancies and inventory-related paperwork proble
ms.Ensures waste is properly segregated and stor
ed.Coordinates with personnel to resolve discrepancies and communicate resolution with receiving TS
DF.Enters inbound shipments into the tracking databa
se.Ensures that all discrepancies are identified and reported for proper resoluti
on.Interacts with drivers delivering and picking up waste materia
ls.Ensure drivers adhere to safety procedures while on company proper
ty.Ensures that all inbound receipts are submitted in a timely manner to comply with financial and month end deadlin
es.Ensures clear communication with internal operations, disposal facilities and others in the normal course of busine
ss.Assists with warehouse and drum pad housekeeping as need
ed.Leads may review and sign manifests or coordinate with vendors, transporters, and treatment faciliti
es.Performs other related duties as assign

ed.
