We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities.**About the role****Group Fitness Instructor (on-call) – Carmel, IN**HealthFitness is looking for an energetic and engaging **Group Class Instructor** to support the fitness team at our corporate client site in **Carmel, Indiana**. Step in to lead dynamic classes and keep participants motivated when regular instructors are unavailable.* **On-call/substitute role** (as needed)* Great opportunity to stay active and inspire othersResponsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.**Minimum Requirements*** Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.* 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.* Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $35 - $40/class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
