About the Role We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to join Beverly Hills Orthodontics as a Treatment Coordinator . This is much more than a traditional Treatment Coordinator position. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping patients understand their treatment options, confidently guiding them through financial decisions, and delivering a luxury-level experience from consultation to treatment start. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting all four Beverly Hills Orthodontics locations : Beverly Hills Downtown Los Angeles Regular travel between all four offices is required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-location practice. What You'll Do Welcome new patients and create an exceptional first impression. Build trust and lasting relationships with patients and families. Present customized orthodontic treatment plans with confidence. Discuss financial arrangements and insurance benefits. Guide patients through the treatment acceptance process. Coordinate treatment starts and scheduling. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate closely with our orthodontists and clinical team. Track performance metrics and treatment acceptance goals. Help deliver the elevated service Beverly Hills Orthodontics is known for. Preferred Experience Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is a plus—but it is not required . We're especially interested in candidates from consultative, relationship-driven industries such as Med spas, Cosmetic dermatology, Plastic surgery, Aesthetic medicine, Cosmetic dentistry, Concierge medical practices, LASIK centers, Luxury wellness practices, Luxury retail, Hospitality, High-end sales environments. If you've successfully helped clients invest in services that improve their confidence and quality of life, your experience may translate exceptionally well to this role. Required Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability and willingness to travel between all four Beverly Hills Orthodontics locations as needed. Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, team-oriented environment.
