Room Attendant We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and orderly environment. Key Responsibilities Clean and tidy guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, and vacuuming floors. Replenish any complimentary items such as soaps, shampoos, and towels, ensuring they are up to standard. Conduct routine inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies while maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of guest information. Assist guests with any special requests or provide additional items as needed to enhance their stay. Collaborate with other members of the housekeeping and hotel staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. Keep track of inventory levels for housekeeping supplies and communicate needs to supervisors. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. A friendly and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
