Job Details: 

• Minimum 3+ years of post-fellowship experience
• 0.2 FTE Medical Director / 0.8 FTE Clinical Cardiology
• Help lead growth and development of the Heart Failure Program
• Interdisciplinary group - Partner with APPs and Physicians within Cardiology as well as the Market Leadership Teams
