Salary: $125,000 + Attainable Bonus Program

Are you an experienced Illinois RN looking for a DON opportunity where you can lead without sacrificing your work-life balance?

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to join a well-established under-60-bed Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community with a 4-Star Overall CMS Rating . This is a smooth-running facility with a stable clinical team, strong operational leadership, and a supportive Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who believes in collaboration.

We're Looking For

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care leadership experience required
Previous DON experience preferred
Experienced and tenured Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADONs) are strongly encouraged to apply
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality measures, staffing, and clinical operations
A collaborative leader who mentors staff and builds strong relationships
