Job Description We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales professional to acquire new SMB customers within a defined local territory. This is a field‑based, hunter‑focused sales role selling merchant services, payment processing, and POS solutions. Job Responsibilities Prospect and close new business with small and mid‑sized merchants Sell payment processing, POS, and fintech solutions Conduct in‑person and outbound sales activity within your assigned territory Manage leads, opportunities, and customer data in Salesforce Meet or exceed established sales quotas Required Qualifications 1+ years of outside sales, field sales, or territory sales experience Experience selling payments, POS, SaaS, or fintech products Compensation On Target Earnings (OTE) range – $120,000+ Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated quota attainment Experience selling to SMB clients CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Familiarity with merchant services, payment processing, and POS systems Benefits Global Payments offers a comprehensive benefits package to all team members, including medical, dental, and vision care, EAP programs, paid time off, recognition programs, retirement and investment options, charitable gift matching, and worldwide days of service.
