Customer Relations Representative

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Available Corpay is currently seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our Fuel Division in Brentwood, TN. This role supports our NAT/NAL lines of business by providing exceptional business-to-business (B2B) customer service through inbound and outbound calls, email case management, and problem resolution. What You'll Do Manage approximately 30 customer cases per shift through email and phone support. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Provide support to business clients and cardholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Investigate and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately. Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and other internal tools to manage case workloads and priorities. Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely customer resolutions. Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures. Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards. Six weeks of hands-on onsite training in Brentwood. Hybrid work environment following training. Company-issued equipment provided. Dedicated workspace when working onsite. Ongoing coaching and development opportunities. Schedule 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available. 5 days on / 2 days off schedule. Some late 2nd and 3rd shift schedules may be primarily remote after training. Earliest shift start: 5:00 AM. Latest shift end: 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of office, customer service, or call center experience. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Business-to-business (B2B) customer service experience.
