Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, conducting physical exams and in-depth reviews of medical history
• Aid in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging results and lab findings
• Work collaboratively with surgeons to develop and implement patient-centered surgical treatment plans
• Provide essential support during surgeries, including preparing operating rooms and managing patient positioning
• Furnish excellent pre- and post-operative care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and planning discharges

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of surgical-focused clinical rotations is highly preferred

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
