Analyst, Member Communication

Role Description

The MCO Analyst plays a critical role in supporting execution continuity across the team’s multi-channel communication programs. This position is responsible for managing the operational execution of communications from initiation through deployment, helping ensure that communications are delivered accurately, on time, within budget, and in alignment with established quality and process standards.

This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of communication execution, including:

• Cost estimates
• Schedules
• Team meetings and recaps
• Template management
• Proofing and quality control
• Invoice validation
• Coordination with internal partners and external vendors

The MCO Analyst manages multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously and is expected to exercise strong judgment, organization, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to day-to-day execution responsibilities, this position also contributes to process improvement and team effectiveness. The role is expected to:

• Identify opportunities to strengthen operational processes and quality control procedures
• Provide feedback to the team and management
• Support ongoing team training as standards and procedures evolve

Key partners involved in coordination efforts include Brand Compliance, PSS Marketing, Product, Campaign Targeting, Accounts, Implementations, Creative, Content Governance, Marketing Ops, the HEE team, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in operations, communications, print, and/or marketing environments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an operations role with a strong emphasis on project management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive identification of process improvement opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within established guidelines
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
