Production Manager - Coppell, TX

Management of our system production team including Assembly Technicians, Production Planners and Manufacturing Process Engineers. Manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality and customer expectations. Work closely with Integration Cells to provide a seamless flow of products to systems. Lead and monitor production employees including Assembly, Test, Planning, Purchasing and Inventory Control (PPIC) employees, including temporary staff. Execute production plan by scheduling staff/tasks to meet production goals and objectives. Maintain requirements for safety, reliability and compliance for ISO 9001 & AS9100. Train, coach, and evaluate staff and recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions. Observe conditions of production floor to identify improvement opportunities and make suggestions for improvement. Managing and directing the daily activities of production lines workers, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination between different teams, ensuring their safety and monitoring their performance. Process Improvement: Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintain focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.
