Production Operations Manager

Our client in Coppell, TX, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead production workflows and team performance. The role oversees Operations Supervisors across multiple shifts, ensuring productivity, quality, client and associate satisfaction. The operations manager plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into day-to-day execution, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture that puts clients and associates at the forefront. The ideal candidate:

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in print manufacturing or fulfillment
• Bachelor’s degree ( In lieu of experience)
• Analytical skills for managing capacity data and departmental budgets.

The position offers a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 ( salary may be negotiable based on experience) plus Weekend Shift Differentila/ OT pay. What we Offer:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance PEQ (Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality)
• Capacity Planning: create, manage, and adapt robust capacity plans to support client commitments,
• Vendor management: build long-standing, mutually beneficial partnerships
• Budget management: manage departmental expenses, including labor costs, material commodities, and discretionary spending
• Talent development: Provide regular, frequent, and actionable performance feedback
• KPI management: Establish, communicate, and regularly revise clear departmental and individual Key Performance Indicators
