What You Will Do The Caterpillar Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking Warehouse Associates at the Clayton Distribution Center, 6300 Kimmel Road, Clayton, OH 45315. As a Warehouse Associate you will support customers by moving parts from our distribution centers to their destinations. Your tasks include sorting parts, building protective carriers, and operating equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers. Responsibilities Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes for receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies. Operate a handheld scanner to receive, count, and process orders. Receive training on and operate cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead cranes/hoists – not all positions operate equipment. Report defects and repair needs. Use pneumatic and power tools to build wooden shipping containers. Apply paint and rust preventive coatings. Perform housekeeping functions as required. Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time. What You Bring Safety Mindset : Consistent use of required PPE and safety procedures. Experience : Demonstrated longevity of at least twelve consecutive months in previous employment. Top candidates will have experience on cherry/order picker, reach truck, and/or sit‑down forklift. Team Mentality: Time Management : Reliable, on‑time attendance with ability to reach productivity goals. Adaptability : Work in environments with changing temperatures; willingness to work overtime; eagerness to learn new processes. Collaborative : Promote teamwork and shared goals. Must read, write, and conduct business in English with or without accommodation. Thoroughness : Perform quality checks, follow instructions, and handle clerical tasks. Understand basic math. Agility : Lift up to 50 pounds individually; walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend repetitively throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation. What You Will Get Base wage of $19.01 per hour (paid weekly). Night shift premium of $1.50 per hour for second and third shift. Overtime opportunities at time and a half, some may be mandatory.
