Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for providing facility maintenance services, including the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment. The Maintenance Technician will also assist with mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and other facility-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility systems and equipment.
• Analyze and resolve electrical issues.
• Run electrical power to equipment and machinery as needed.
• Assist with mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure facility operations remain efficient and safe.
• Prioritize maintenance issues and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance personnel, production staff, and management.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Technical or trade school coursework preferred.
• Maintenance experience preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant technical training are encouraged to apply.
• Strong electrical knowledge, including high- and low-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, building systems, and low-pressure boilers is a plus.
• Knowledge of rectifiers is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop maintenance skills.

• Must be able to pass a physical examination and drug screening.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
