Gifted Healthcare seeks a PRN LTAC RN to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to medically complex patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. In this flexible PRN role, you’ll assess, plan, and implement individualized care, manage vents, trachs, and complex wounds, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and safe transitions.
