Owner Relations Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and manage expectations
- Proficiency in reviewing financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple owner accounts
Owner Relations Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience managing client or owner relationships and building trust
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and helping to buiild a culture of excellence
Owner Relations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and care
- Onboard new owners by setting clear expectations and coordinating property setup
- Build lasting, trust-based relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive retention
- Partner across teams to ensure properties meet quality standards and guest expectations
- Conduct regular property inspections and recommend upgrades or enhancements
- Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and opportunities to grow the owner portfolio
