What You'll Be Doing As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring the Retail Team while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and team members. You'll: Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering world-class guest experiences every day. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service, sales, and operational goals. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the Retail Team. Drive retail performance through effective merchandising, inventory control, and sales initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to revenue growth across retail operations. Manage guest concerns professionally and ensure effective guest recovery when needed. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, visual presentation, and operational compliance. Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and staff utilization to meet business needs. Support stock management, inventory accuracy, replenishment processes, and stock takes. Act as a Duty Manager when required, helping oversee the daily operation of the attraction. What We're Looking For We're seeking a confident, energetic leader who enjoys working alongside their team and creating memorable guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality, visitor attraction, or similar customer-focused environment. Proven experience leading teams and driving operational success. Strong customer service and sales skills. Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations. Excellent communication, coaching, and people management abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
