Senior Loan Officer

Home Front Mortgage is growing and looking for a driven, client-focused Senior Loan Officer to join our Houston team. If you’re passionate about helping clients secure the right mortgage solutions while building a strong pipeline of business, this role is built for you. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans from initial inquiry through closing. You’ll work closely with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient lending experience. This role is best suited for someone who is proactive in generating leads, confident in client communication, and disciplined in managing a sales pipeline. This is a hybrid compensation structure that includes a base salary plus production-based earnings. Compensation Base Salary: $30,000 to $50,000; OTE: $100,000-$200,000 based on production Responsibilities: • • Guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring they understand each step and feel confident in their decisions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and other referral partners to generate consistent business leads. • Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products that align with their needs and goals. • Collaborate with internal processing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing and closing. • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice. • Proactively manage your sales pipeline, prioritizing tasks to meet and exceed production targets. • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-closing inquiries or concerns. Qualifications: Active NMLS Mortgage Originator License. Experience in mortgage lending, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners, fostering trust and collaboration. Proven track record of analyzing financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products. Strong communication skills to guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity and confidence. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing. Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline, prioritizing tasks to achieve production goals. In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide current and relevant advice to clients. Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 At Plan Earnings
