Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, self‑starter with a passion for selling and a talent for working with customers to join our team. The Sales Consultant will develop knowledge of vehicles, services, industry and market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, safety features and financing options for both new and used inventories. He or she presents new and pre‑owned vehicles in an attractive and highly informative fashion, promoting prompt sales and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Responsibilities Help customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, features, value‑add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies. Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring all speed limits and traffic rules are followed. Facilitate delivery by explaining vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements. Maintain accurate sales documentation. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions. Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record. Professional and dependable. Ability to achieve goals with limited direct supervision. Safety and customer service oriented. Basic computer and internet skills. Outstanding communication skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
