Your days will include:Assisting patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eatingTaking vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing teamHelping patients with mobility, positioning, and comfortAnswering call lights and making sure patient needs are met promptlyProviding emotional support and a reassuring presenceMaintaining clean, safe, and organized patient areasSupporting nurses and the care team to ensure quality, compassionate careWilling to assist with additional duties as assigned to support patient care and overall team operationsThis position gives you the opportunity to be a meaningful part of a team that truly cares.What We're Looking For:Active Cna certification in good standingPrevious experience in a hospital or medical-surgical unit preferredA kind, patient-centered attitude and strong teamwork skillsAble to work flexible shifts, with scheduling needs to be discussed during the hiring processAbility to follow directions, stay organized, and communicate clearlyThank you for your interest in Wilson Medical Center!
