Leasing Specialist: Occupancy & Resident Experience
Greystar Worldwide, LLC
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals across on-site communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases, manage move-ins and renewals, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and show-unit quality. Strong sales, marketing and customer service skills are required, along with experience using OneSite or Yardi and a valid driver's license to #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar Worldwide, LLC
