Our products are used by professional athletes, sports organizations, fitness facilities, wellness clinics and consumers across the country. We are expanding quickly through professional sports partnerships, national franchise relationships, new product launches and major media opportunities. We’re looking for a highly creative, hands‑on Social Media & Content Manager who can capture what we’re building and turn it into compelling content. This is not a role for someone who only schedules posts or creates generic graphics. We need someone who can develop ideas, pick up a camera, film, edit and publish content that gets attention. What You’ll Do Own Solbasium’s day‑to‑day presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Develop and manage a consistent weekly content calendar Film and edit short‑form videos, Reels, product demonstrations, founder content, interviews and behind‑the‑scenes footage Capture content at our San Marcos office and warehouse, customer installations, events and partner locations Build the personal LinkedIn presence of Solbasium’s founder and CEO Turn company milestones, media appearances, athlete partnerships and product launches into engaging stories Create content that supports both brand awareness and sales Write strong captions, hooks, scripts and calls to action Repurpose long‑form interviews and footage into multiple pieces of short‑form content Coordinate with leadership, sales, partnerships and product teams Monitor performance and provide clear monthly reporting on reach, engagement, audience growth, leads and conversions Stay current on platform trends without chasing content that doesn’t fit the brand Help Solbasium develop a distinctive, premium and recognizable voice online What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience creating and managing social media content for a company, founder or personal brand Strong portfolio of content you personally filmed and edited Excellent short‑form video editing skills Strong writing and storytelling ability Comfortable directing and filming executives, athletes, customers and team members Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong creative judgment and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast‑moving entrepreneurial environment Located in San Diego County and able to work regularly from San Marcos Preferred Experience Experience in health, wellness, fitness, sports, technology or consumer products Experience building a founder‑led brand on LinkedIn Photography and basic graphic design skills Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or comparable editing software Experience covering events, installations, partnerships or live activations Understanding of social media analytics and content‑driven lead generation A degree is not required.
