Fabricator II Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 to $ 27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Execute fabrication tasks with precision to produce high-quality parts, pieces, & components according to specifications.
• Operate various fabrication equipment, including welding machines (MIG and TIG), and potentially brake presses and overhead cranes.
• Read & interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine appropriate fabrication methods.
• Measure, cut, & shape metal materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Assemble fabricated components to create finished or intermediate products.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet required standards and tolerances.
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift for material handling and transportation within the warehouse.

Fabricator II Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Proficiency in TIG welding.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift & overhead crane.
• Ability to set up shop machines, such as welders, acetylene torch, plasma cutter, metal shear, press break, and burn table.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively & perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Experience with Arc welding.
