About the Role:

As a CNA, you will assist our nursing staff in providing high-quality care to our residents, while promoting a positive and respectful environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and ambulation, as needed
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and health status
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited CNA program

• Currently certified as a CNA in the state of Florida

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
