Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in a skilled nursing facility required. Candidate must have prior experience managing caseloads in long-term care or rehabilitation settings. Current documentation of professional liability insurance as required by facility policy. Ability to split assignment and float between multiple nearby skilled nursing facilities as needed. (Client requires coverage across two facilities in Kewanee, IL and one facility in Toulon, IL.) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in occupational therapy preferred.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30 Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts Assignment Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week Candidate will split assignment between multiple nearby facilities within the region and must be willing to travel between sites.
