Job Description:


Sr BSA with Wealth Management experience

1. Lead and manage projects related to wealth management and asset management, with a specific focus on KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
4. Coordinate and lead project team members, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline.
6. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
7. Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with compliance and legal teams as needed.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within wealth management projects, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and client experiences.

Requirements͏

1. Proven experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager within the wealth management industry, ideally leading a KYC project
2. Strong understanding of wealth management processes, including client onboarding, account management, and regulatory compliance.
3. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects within the financial services industry.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 would be a plus.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through effective project leadership.

3. Build domain expertise and contribute to knowledge repository

• Engage and interact with other BA’s to share expertise and increase domain knowledge across the vertical
• Write whitepapers/ research papers, point of views and share with the consulting community at large
• Identify and create used cases for a different project/ account that can be brought at Wipro level for business enhancements
• Conduct market research for content and development to provide latest inputs into the projects thereby ensuring customer delight

Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis-BFSI-Domain.


Experience: 8-10 Years.


The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .


Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
