Responsibilities We’re developing a system for a call center that provides a full spectrum of telephony services, and also statistics for call center work control – online and real-time speech recognition, maintenance of statistics, etc. One of our projects is a kazoo-based multi-tenant PBX with CRM systems integrations , speech recognition, call queues, etc. Therefore, we are seeking an expert for implementation, maintaining and integrating current products related to SIP/VoIP, who will work fully remotely from the coziness of its home with a performance-based salary and many benefits.
