Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lansing, MI
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr [Weekly Pay]
Shift Timings: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM [Monday to Friday]
Contract Duration: 07 Months [Temp-To-Hire]
Job Description:
Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle high-volume customer calls and inquiries professionally.
Enter and process customer orders accurately.
Support product design and customization based on customer requirements.
Develop pricing, pricing strategies, and cost analyses.
Resolve customer issues and order discrepancies.
Assist with production scheduling and manufacturing coordination.
Learn manufacturing processes and machine capabilities.
Perform calculations involving pricing, decimals, and fractions with accuracy.
Maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Use Microsoft Office tools to support daily operations.
