Process Engineer

Job Summary Process Engineer needed for a leading manufacturer of packaging materials near Brookfield, WI. This person will champion process improvement for the converting technologies within the plant. The right candidate for this direct-hire role enjoys driving continuous improvement initiatives from the plant floor to incoroprate into new and existing equipment. Sound like you? Relocation assistance will be offered for non-local candidates. location: Brookfield, Wisconsin job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Responsible for the design, installation, and startup of process equipment Deliver innovative solutions that improve the reliability, quality and capability of factory equipment Drive continuous improvement by researching, and recommending, developing and implementing equipment Direct and coordinate personnel on the installation of new equipment and equipment improvements Installation, checkout, and startup support of manufacturing equipment.
