Process Engineer IV / SeniorThe Process Engineer IV / Senior provides enterprise-level (multi-site) technical leadership and governance for manufacturing processes. This role sets standards, leads strategic technical initiatives, and ensures long-term capability across sites.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess DevelopmentDefine and govern enterprise process standards and best practicesLead multi-site or enterprise process improvement and new process introduction initiativesServe as top-level SME for core manufacturing technologiesData AnalysisAnalyze process and systems data to optimize process resultsDesign and implement process monitoring strategyProblem SolvingLead and support technical problem-solving initiatives with expertise in process and methodsProject ManagementSupport capital strategy, technology roadmap, and risk mitigationLead large scale, multi-faceted capital projects using good project management practicesTeam Collaboration/MentorshipPartner with segment leadership to align technical initiatives to business needsMentor and develop process engineering talentKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExpert-level technical knowledge in area of process expertiseEnterprise and systems-level thinkingStrong leadership and influence skillsAbility to translate technical insight into business impactEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldProject management (PMP or PMO) certificate preferredSix Sigma Black Belt preferred8+ years of process engineering experience5+ years of experience in area of process expertise3+ years of large-scale project management experienceMulti-site project and support experience preferredCore area of technical expertise which enables the ability to develop, lead, and implement new products, processes, and technologies.Work Environment/Travel RequirementsFrequent exposure to manufacturing environment.Extended periods of office work on a computer and in team meetings.Regional day travel is expected with this role.Overnight travel requirements will be variable based on projects and business activities, expected up to 30%Physical Requirements: Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.Our BenefitsWe care about and invest in our employees.
