Oracle Fusion Recruiting Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Oracle Fusion Recruiting Lead based in United States. This is a full-time, remote leadership role focused on optimizing Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for a complex healthcare enterprise. The position connects talent acquisition strategy with Oracle HCM capabilities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate conversion, and compliance. You will lead the functional review, redesign, and optimization of recruiting workflows across clinical and non-clinical hiring environments. The role combines hands-on configuration expertise with stakeholder advisory, process improvement, analytics, and delivery leadership. You will work closely with clinical leaders, recruiting teams, technical partners, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Success in this role requires strong Oracle Fusion expertise, healthcare recruiting knowledge, and the ability to lead complex client-facing initiatives. Accountabilities: - Audit and optimize Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud architecture, including Candidate Selection Processes (CSPs), requisition templates, automated job postings, and offer approval workflows. - Design recruitment processes that support both high-volume non-clinical hiring and complex clinical recruitment, including license verification, background screening integrations, credentialing, and specialized onboarding handoffs. - Improve internal and external career sites, recruiter dashboards, automated candidate communications, interview scheduling, and other experiences to reduce administrative effort and improve efficiency. - Partner with technical teams to enhance integrations with third-party assessment, background check, and credentialing providers. - Develop actionable OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting dashboards that provide talent acquisition leaders with meaningful operational and recruiting insights. - Lead stakeholder discovery sessions, facilitate design playback workshops, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support change enablement throughout delivery.

- Serve as a functional advisor, connecting talent acquisition priorities with Oracle Fusion capabilities and driving solutions that improve time-to-fill, candidate conversion, and compliance. Requirements: - 4+ years of proven lead experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementations or post-go-live optimization projects. - Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security profiles, Candidate Selection Processes (CSPs), and Fast Formulas. - Demonstrated healthcare industry experience, including familiarity with clinical hiring requirements, credentialing workflows, and applicable compliance standards. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes across both clinical and non-clinical environments, including complex screening and onboarding requirements. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and client-facing engagements. - Strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical Oracle Fusion solutions. - Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical leadership, recruiting stakeholders, technical teams, and other cross-functional partners.
