Looking for someone to lead the design, development, governance, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across our Oracle Fusion HCM platform.
This role will serve as the reporting and analytics subject matter expert supporting the deployment and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor (OTL), Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
The ideal candidate has successfully delivered multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and possesses deep expertise in Payroll reporting, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and workforce analytics. This individual will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, implementation partners, and executive leadership to deliver reporting solutions that drive operational excellence, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
This position reports to the Oracle Technical Architect and serves as a key advisor for Corporate Services reporting strategy and governance.
