We’re Hiring Plumbers — Especially Plumbers Who Know Boilers

If you’re a plumber who knows your way around boilers, hydronic heating, and residential heating systems, we want to talk to you.

We’re growing and looking for experienced plumbers and heating technicians to join our team. Our ideal candidate has strong hands-on boiler experience — someone who can install boilers, replace heating systems, troubleshoot problems, and confidently handle hydronic heating work from start to finish.

Boiler experience is a major plus, but you don’t have to be a boiler expert to apply. If you’re a solid plumber, take pride in your work, and want to grow your heating skills, we’d like to hear from you too.

If boilers are one of your strengths, that's a big deal to us.

We're especially interested in plumbers/technicians with hands-on experience with:

• Installing and replacing residential boilers

• Residential hydronic heating systems

• Boiler troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Piping, circulators, pumps, valves, expansion tanks, and controls

• Heating repairs, replacements, and maintenance

• Troubleshooting heating systems in the field

• Taking ownership of a heating installation from start to finish

• Explaining repair and replacement options to homeowners

Strong boiler installation experience is highly valued.

If you're primarily a plumber but have limited boiler experience, that's okay. We're also looking for good plumbers who are interested in expanding their heating knowledge and becoming stronger in this area.

The Basics

• High school diploma or GED

• 3+ years of plumbing and/or heating experience

• Current, unrestricted driver's license

• Professional tools

• Current and unrestricted driver's license

• Strong customer service and communication skills
