Plumbers Who Know Boilers — $100K+ Potential, No On-Call

We're growing and hiring experienced plumbers, especially plumbers with hands-on boiler and hydronic heating experience.

Not a boiler expert yet? That's okay. If you're a solid plumber who takes pride in your work and wants to grow your heating skills, we still want to hear from you.

• Installing and replacing residential boilers

• Hydronic heating troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair

• Piping, circulators, valves, expansion tanks, and controls

• Owning a heating install from start to finish

• NO ON-CALL

• $45–$50/hr or commission — whichever is higher, every pay period. You never earn less than your hourly rate

• Earn 5% on every boiler install you complete — you own your callbacks, so doing it right the first time pays

45 - 50 hourly

• Diagnose plumbing and heating issues in customers' homes

• Present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners

• Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential plumbing and heating systems

• Recommend the right equipment and service solutions for each customer

• Document jobs in ServiceTitan with photos, findings, and recommendations

• Maintain a clean, professional presence in customers' homes

• 3+ years of plumbing and/or heating experience

• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (apprentices close to licensing welcome to apply)

• Current, unrestricted driver's license

• Your own professional hand tools

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Positive, team-first attitude
