Customer Service Representative (Direct Hire) Location: Oak Creek, WIPay: $55,000 annuallySchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Direct Hire Position Overview Our client in Oak Creek is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, growing manufacturing company. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining a customer-first mentality Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction Utilize Microsoft Office applications for communication, reporting, and documentation Assist with additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality with a positive, customer-first attitude Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Experience with an ERP system is a plus Manufacturing industry experience is preferred but not required Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask Why Apply?
