CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join a manufacturing team in Three Rivers, MI . This is a full-time position focused on operating CNC lathe machines and performing quality checks.
Job Details- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Three Rivers, MI
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
- Monitor machines for quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform minor machine adjustments as needed.
- Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Previous CNC lathe or machining experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and job instructions.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs. when needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
